Dan and I found out the gender of our Baby Girl on Wednesday and had a little reveal party with his family on Saturday. I made scratch off cards--really easy and they actually work!

We love this little girl. She can't wait for her cousin to get here!
Now onto my {Week 16} Update:
How far along are you? 16 Weeks and 4 Days
How are you feeling? Overall, pretty good. My right leg has been hurting really bad, almost like I pulled a muscle near my hip. It hurts to walk most days, but this weekend it has started to feel better. My emotions are also all over the map and that is actually too much for me most days.
Total Weight Gain? I go to the doctor in a week in a half, so I will know then. I will also NOT be stepping on my own personal scale, that is for sure.
How big is baby? The size of a dill pickle, 3.5-5oz.
Maternity Clothes? Yes and no. I can't wear all my shirts, but I can still work with a few. My jeans are usually held together by a hand band, which is totally cool. I have a pair of maternity jeans, but my belly just isn't big enough to hold them up.
Stretch Marks? Nope!
Sleep? I can fall asleep really quickly, but I sometimes wake up for a couple of hours a day. Which needs to stop because it makes waking up and teaching 10 years extremely difficult.
Best Moment of the Week?
Finding out we are having a baby girl!
Food Cravings? um, none.
Food Aversions? Mexican food and most smells.
Belly button in or out? in
What I miss? feeling normal
What I'm looking forward to? shopping for all things baby girl!!

I mean, all babies are nice and obviously I have no experience with boys, BUT.. Girls are so fun!! And their clothes are a thousand times cuter! (Boys have really cute dress up clothes, but everything else is tractors and "Little Slugger.") You're about to be BROKE, but you'll have hair bows coming out your ears!

So excited for you :) While I respectfully disagree with anyone when they say boys clothes aren't as cute (I've found tons of cute baby boy clothes myself), I will agree and say that the girl's sections are actually always bigger than the boy sections... you really are about to be broke haha baby shopping is soooo much fun and so addicting!
